Hank has been involved in the insurance industry in Cairns for over 30 years.  As well as running his insurance practice Hank has acted as an educator with the AFA and its predecessor for 10 years, training new entrants to the insurance industry across all insurance companies in Cairns.

Hank is heavily involved in community service activities particularly Rotary where he was founder of the Marlin Coast Club and has served as President twice during his 26 year association with the Club.
