Hank started on the 4th January 1980 as a SGIO district inspector (Insurance Salesman).  When Suncorp became a Corporate in 1985 he continued on as an Insurance Consultant (Insurance Salesman).  He continued in this role until 1996 when he became a Corporate Agent for Suncorp.  Hank has had extensive insurance experience and has had many industry leadership positions during his career.  He was eight years the moderator for the Life Underwriters Association, Insurance Training courses in the Far North.

Hank continues to have a passion for his clients and has attended to all their needs for the last 31 years. 

He is the major shareholder of NorthQue and feels very confident in the ability of all his staff in making sure that our clients come first.

Christine joined Hank in 2001 to manage business growth so to leave Hank free to do what he does best ...looking after our clients. Christine moved to the role of Managing  Director in 2007.  "I'm keenly interested in personal and business development for teams and hope to instil a culture of collaboration and achievement. Seeing the business  flourish by valuing our team and our clients is very important to me.  I love learning and travel; two things I combine as often as I can!"

Amber grew up in Cairns from the age of 10.  Prior to joining NorthQue in 2008, Amber managed a large equestrian centre on the Gold Coast for ten years teaching all levels of rider.  Since moving home and joining the family business Amber has completed her Tier 2 and Tier 1 in insurance broking compliance and hopes to do further study in 2011. Amber prides herself on her customer service and attention to detail.

Ryan came to work at NorthQue after leaving school and has now been looking after General Insurance clients for 5 years. He holds both  Tier 1 and Tier 2 accreditations.
Ryan's interests include fishing, skiing and scuba. He is a keen traveller and includes trips across the top of Australia and climbing Kilimanjaro in Africa as stand outs.

Lee grew up in the Cairns area.  Prior to starting work for the family business in 2006 she did a variety of things that included being a Jillaroo and a Camp cook on a bow hunting safari in outback Australia.  Since moving back to the area she has completed her Tier 2 in insurance and has started her Bachelor of Business majoring in IT Management.

Lee currently lives in Mareeba with her husband and two girls.

Sunny is a born and bred Cairns boy.  As long time family friend of the Cliffords he joined NorthQue in 2010.  He had previously held roles in the insurance industry and after a short break happily returned to this role.

Shannon joined NorthQue in 2009 to work in a support role to Hank Gilmore and the rest of the team.  Her main role is to ensure that our Life Insurance and Superannuation clients needs are looked after.
